中文摘要 由于旅游业的崛起，散落于各地的建筑文化遗产，特别是民间建筑遗产如地 主庄园的保护工作受到前所未有的冲击，本文就是针对这个矛盾，分析总结国内 外的保护与开发现状与实践经验，结合牟氏庄园的保护与旅游开发规划设计实践， 探讨建筑历史遗存的保护与旅游开发利用的协调发展。 文章首先对研究课题进行概况介绍，阐述历史文化遗产的特点与价值所在， 论述建筑历史文化遗产的保护与开发的研究状况与意义。总结与借鉴国内外的保 护与开发的现状、理论演变和经验措施。继而在对国内地主庄园保护与旅游开发 的实际调查的基础上对地主庄园及其周边环境的特点进行比较与分析。从而对影 响建筑文化遗产的保护与开发的影响因素进行分析，比如传统与现代生活的矛盾; 有形遗产与无形遗产的保护;保护与开发的权利与责任等等。第二部分通过案例 实践，提出牟氏庄园保护与旅游开发的可操作性的框架与具体措施，探索符合建 筑类型特点的一般性的保护与开发原则。 本文的立意在于在总结现状和现有理论的基础上，以实际调查为基础，在力 所能及的范围内对研究课题提出一些实际的问题，并且通过亲身的实践，将设计 理念付诸实施，希望对现在的保护与开发工作起到一定的参考意义与现实价值。 关键词:地主庄园 建筑历史遗存 保护 旅游开发 协调发展 牟氏庄园 ABSTRACT Becauseofthegrowingupofthetourism ，thearchitecturalhistorical inheritancesspreadingaroundthecountry ，especiallythearchitectural inheritancesrfomthefolkjustaslordmanor，wereintensivelyimpacted.Inthis disquisition,aimingatthisconflict，thewriteranalyzedandsummarizedthe actualiytandthepractiseexperienceoftheprotectionandtouristexploitation, anddiscussedtheharmoniousdevelopmentoftheprotectionandthetourist exploitationofthearchitecturalhistoricalinheritance,combiningthepracticeof thelayoutoftheMousmanor.
