染整专业论文仪表专业论文 在染整技术专业教育中渗透职业生涯规划的思考与实践 　　摘要：当前，高职就业问题涉及的方面较多，但其中很重要的一点就是学生的职业能力不能满足企业需要。而职业能力与专业教育教学有着密不可分的关系。通过对在染整技术专业教育中渗透职业生涯规划的思考与实践，探索提高学生的学习兴趣和学习动力的方法，从而加强染整技术专业课的教学，使学生能更好适应岗位需要、社会需要。 　　Abstract: At present，the vocational employment problems involve many aspects，but a very important point is that students professional ability can not meet the business needs. The professional competence is closely linked with professional education. Through the thoughts and practice of permeating career planning in dyeing and finishing technology professional education，the methods of how to improve stud
