业务外包风险与控制研究 中文摘要 业务外包风险与控制研究 ——以A 公司为例 中文摘要 伴随日益激烈的竞争环境和国际分工的不断细化，业务外包在国内外已经迅速发 展起来。采用业务外包模式，一方面企业可以通过集中资源与力量，选择自己专长的 领域，并在该领域形成技术优势和规模优势，这样既充分利用了资源，又有利于建立 自己的核心竞争优势；另一方面外包企业可以突破企业内部资源约束，减少建设核心 竞争力的时间成本。 业务外包是一种新的经营战略，它是通过外包企业与合作供应商签订合约，将一 些企业内部传统业务或机能外包给专业、高效的服务提供商的经营模式。合理运用业 务外包模式，不仅可以有利于分担经营风险和减少企业生产成本，而且可以增强企业 的核心竞争优势。但是业务外包模式为企业带来一系列竞争优势的同时，也需要企业 承担业务外包过程中可能面临的风险。如果不能对外包风险进行有效分析、衡量及控 制，则外包企业也可能面临难以估量的风险。因此业务外包风险的控制具有重要的现 实意义。 本文从业务外包及其发展入手，从风险概述和管理过程的延伸，选取了A公司的 业务外包作为研究案例， 对A公司的业务外包现状进行阐述和分析，针对A公司目前 业务外包方面存在的风险进行识别、衡量和控制，在这基础上，对A公司的风险控制 提出了改进方法和措施。 关键词：业务外包；风险；风险控制 作 者：徐丽华 指导老师：赵增耀 I Abstract Research on Business Outsourcing Risk and Control Research on Business Outsourcing Risk and Control ——Using A Company As a Case Abstract With the continued competitive circumstance and refinement of international division of labor, business outsourcing has rapidly developed globally.
