After 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months out-patient review, and take X-ray observation of fracture healing, check the function of knee joint activities, 1 year after application HSS knee score of knee score, effects were observed. Results: 38patients were postoperative follow-up were excellent in 22ases, good in 11ases, 3cases and poor in 2case, good rate of 86.84%. All cases were between the plate and the host has good biocompatibility.
