Methods: Select subjects according to the diagnostic criteria of functional anorectal pain , 60 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups , the treatment group 30 cases , to the tune dirty soup decoction 400ml in the morning and evening twice taking two weeks of a course of treatment , and warm water ride bath, two weeks of a course of treatment , twice daily , every 15-20 minutes . Control group of 30 cases , using warm water bath , two weeks of a course of treatment , twice daily , every 15-20 minutes . Were included in the daily statistics. We observed the two courses evaluated. Eight aspects of the physiological function in patients before and after treatment , physiological functioning , role physical、 bodily pain , general health , vitality, social functioning , role emotional , mental health evaluation . Results: Clinical Observation : tune dirty soup combined with the warm water bath treatment of functional anorectal pain, the cure rate is 20% , the total effective rate was 96.67 percent , the warm water bath treatment group more prevalence rate of 10% , the total effective rate of 80% in the treatment group than the control group (P 0.05 ) .
