2012 届本科毕业设计（论文） 题 目系 专业班级 姓名 指导教师 摘要 在科技进步的推动下，社会的生产方式和人类的生活方式都在发生着日新月异的变化，这种变化事实上也就是市场需求的变化。无论市场需求的变化有多大，最终都离不开质量、成本和速度。企业怎样才能在为顾客提供及时的、价廉物美的服务同时，又能获得合理的利润呢？这在很大程度上取决于对工厂生产系统的改进与设计。 论文主要是对西北轴承厂实际生产系统的分析，找出不合理的以及可以改善的生产流程、工艺流程、人机操作方法以及工人操作动作。运用工业工程方法研究的内容对其进行改进与设计，以优化生产系统，提高劳动生产率和综合效益为目标。通过这一系列的改进与设计后，达到生产效率的明显提高和对其生产成本的最低控制，追求企业利润的最大化。 论文的研究思路是通过对西北轴承厂的实地参观，并借鉴国内外轴承生产工艺的先进技术，结合西北轴承厂的实际情况，经过实际资料的收集，参考书籍和网络资料以及对现场工人师傅的询问，识别整个生产环境中增值、浪费及不增值部分，找出改善点进行改进与设计，通过预期的改进结果，对比改善前后的生产状况，最后进行效益分析。 关键词:方法研究；生产系统；改进；设计； Abstract Under the impetus of the scientific and technological progress, the social mode of production and human lifestyle in the event of rapid changes, this change in fact, that is, changes in market demand.
