摘 要 随着我国经济水平的提高和汽车工业技术的高速发展，对汽车制动性能的要求也越来越高。而且汽车制动性与交通安全有着直接关系，往往因制动距离太长、紧急制动时发生侧滑等情况发生重大交通事故，故汽车的制动性是汽车安全行驶的重要保障。改善汽车的制动性，始终是汽车设计制造和使用部门的重要任务。汽车的制动性能好坏直接决定汽车的安全性，在一定程度上它将决定驾驶员的生命安全，因此通过分析汽车的制动性能，就显得极为重要。 本论文通过对某轻型载货汽车制动性能试验台上检测所得大量样本数据的统计分析和研究，归纳了该型载货汽车制动性能的内在规律，建立了相应的分布函数模型。通过对实际检测和建模过程中反映出的问题展开综合分析，为改进和提高该型汽车的设计、生产、使用与维修提供了可靠的保证。 关键词:车辆工程，在用汽车，制动性能，数据采集，统计分析，建模 Abstract With the improvement of economic level in our country and the rapid development of modern automobile industry technology, the demand for automobile braking performance is becoming more and more high. Automobile braking performance is good or bad directly determine the cars safety, to a certain extent, it will determine the drivers safety of life, so it is extremely important through the analysis of the braking performance of vehicles . This paper is through the light truck brake performance test bench test of a large sample of data statistical analysis and research, summed up the inherent law of the type of truck brake performance,And established the corresponding distribution function model.
