Methods: Applying the method in traditional philology to research the relevant spleen and stomach theories and treatment experience in the complete works of Jin Yue. On the basis of the careful study of the complete work of Jin Yue, his other works were also taken as reference, widely collected zhang’s other related materials,using the method of contrast, deduction and summarization to discuss Zhang JieBin’s unique understanding on spleen and stomach. Results:Zhang JieBin inherited and innovated the spleen and stomach theories from Li Gao and Xue jin, and proposed the method of nourishing yin to generate qi, he set up the theory of correlation between spleen and kidney, He thought the spleen and stomach qi exist in all five organs,and there were also five-organ qi in spleen and stomach.they were closely related and interacted with each other ; He proposed the idea that“ all herbs can treat spleen and stomach”; The weakness of spleen and stomach is the pathogenesis of all diseases, there are eight methods to regulate spleen and stomach , warming , tonifying and mediating are the main methods.
