The Clinical Research on Deficiency Condition in Angina Pectoris of Coronary Heart Disease Speciality：Internal Medicine of Traditional Chinese Medicine Author ：Niu Yingshuo Tutor：Professor Guo Weixing Abstract Objective: To investigate the rationality and the feasibility of the cognition on deficiency condition in angina pectoris of coronary heart disease and the specific treatment accordingly. Methods: Collect the publicized prescriptions which are proven effective and arrange the herbs and the therapeutic methods. Collect the cases according to diagnostic criteria in TCM and modern medicine，and make the descriptive statistic analysis and the cluster analysis. Results: The publicized prescriptions are to nourish qi, nourish qi and yin, nourish qi and blood, nourish yang, etc. The herbs’property of collected cases is always neutral, with warm the most. The tastes are always sweet, pungent, bitter, etc, with sweet the most. The meridians are various, such as heart, spleen, stomach, liver, lung, kidney, etc. The cluster analysis shows that the 27 kinds of the most commonly used herbs could be divided into 7 groups, with 4 groups being the combination of nourishment and dispersion. Conclusions: It is rational and feasible to treat deficiency condition of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease, and it is instructive in theory and in clinic.
