The control group received Zocor ( oral simvastatin ),20mg each time,1 times a day. Two groups were treated for 4 weeks for1 courses of treatment, after 1 courses of treatment the clinical curative effect and the changes of blood lipid level determination. Results ：In TCM efficacy and laboratory examination results, the experimental group and the control group A. The experimental group can reduce the TC, TG, LDL, Lp ( a ) levels, significantly compared with the control group ( P 0.05). And in the treatment of the safety aspect, the experimental group was superior to control group.Conclusion：Having a smooth Shaoyang courage, Shugan spleen effect of Jieyu mixture can reduce blood lipids levels in patients with cardiovascular diseases, improve clinical symptoms, from Dan six Yu theory in treating hyperlipidemia have good clinical curative effect.
