Clinical Research of the Therapeutic Effects of Jian Pi Qu Yu Preparation on unstable angina with qi asthenia blood stasis Speciality:Internal Medicine of Traditional Chinese Medicine Author:iLiuDong-MeiuDong-Mei Tutor:MMengZhao-yangengZhao-yang Abstract Objective:Observation of the clinical effect on treating unstable angina of qi deficiency blood stasis type of syndrome to explore it’s mechanism.Methods:60 patients with unstable angina of qi asthenia blood stasis type of syndrome were randomly selected and divided into two groups, 30 patients in treatment group and 30 patients in control group.One group was treated with general western medicine and jianpiquyu preparation.On first a medicinal pre -paration, divides two times to take lukewarm.The other one with general western medicine.After 8 weeks were observed the treatment of clinical symptoms,the ST-T changes of ECG, laboratory examination and analyzed statistically.Results: 1.Chinese medicine in improving symptoms,treatment group was significantly better than the control group. 2.Two pairs of angina to alleviate symptoms and ECG were significantly improved efficacy, the efficacy of the treatment group is superior to the control group.3.After treatment,total cholesterol and LDL lipids,C-reactive protein(CRP) 、Hemorheology levels decreased in the treatment group decreased more significantly.4.The nitroglycerin stop reduction rate,the efficacy of the treatment group is superior to the control group.Conclusions: jianpiquyu preparation is the clinical treatment of qi deficiency blood stasis type of unstable angina in a safe and effective Chinese medi
