The Clinical Efficacy of Yangxuerunfuyin in the Treatment of Xuexufengzao Atopic Dermatitis, and its Influences on Total Serum IgE Levels and the Quality of Life Specialty：Dermatology, Surgery of TCM Author ：Liu Jingjing Tutor：Professor Zhang Xiaojie Abstract Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of Yangxuerunfuyin which improvement to Xuexufengzaoxing of atopic dermatitis , as well as its influences on total IgE levels of serum and the quality of life of patients. Methods: 58 patients were randomly divided into two groups. Treatment group, consist of 30 patients, oral administration of Yangxuerunfuyin; The other one, control group, consist of 28 patients, oral the anti-parameter antipruritic particles ；Topical application of 0.1% tacrolimus ointment and emollient moisturizers (Sita Fu brand) for both groups, the total treatment course was 4 weeks. To compare the two groups on the clinical efficacy, as well as total IgE levels of serum and the life quality of patients. Result: (1) Clinical efficacy: To make comparison between before and after treatment, concluded that Yangxuerunfuyin group before treatment SCORAD points was 50.803 ± 15.564, after treatment was 32.627 ± 9.416, SCORAD points after treatment than before treatment decreased significantly (p 0.01); Anti parameter antipruritic particle group before treatment, SCORAD points was 49.956 ±15.075, after treatment, was 47.581 ± 11.140, SCORAD points decreased (p 0.05) after the treatment; To compare between the two groups, when patients after treatment ,the SCORAD points of Yangxuerunfuyin group(p 0.01) was significantly lower than the other group.
