Cinical observation of big Butter yarn influencing wound healing at anal fissure postoperation Speciality:External Medicine of TCM Author:Wang Shaozhao Tutor:Prof.Bai Keyun Abstract Objective:to observe the effect of Big butter yarn on influencing the wound healing of the anal fissure.Methods:to select randomly 60 cases of patients with anal fissure,the treatment group 30 cases were given Big butter yarn,the control group 30 cases were given Vaseline gauze,1times/d.Detailed observations the change of the width,depth, pain,edema,granulation growth indicators during the wound dressing,and indicators to quantify the above score.Compared the average wound healing time,the dressing was changed before and after the symptoms and signs of clinical efficacy and overall efficacy between the two groups.Results:The treatment group and control group,the average healing time was(19.80±2.27)d and(21.90±3.24)d,the speed of the treatment group healed significantly faster than the control group(P0.01);Dressing 6d,the treatment of pain effective rates were 93.33%,90.00%,the treatment of edema in the effective rates were 84.62%,96.00%,the efficacy of pain relief was better than the control group(P0.05),the effect of eliminating edema is not obvious(P0.05);Dressing 13d,the total effective rate was 100%,96.67%,the total clinical efficacy of the two groups had no significant difference(P0.05);20d after the total cure rate was 90.00%,63.33%,two groups of clinical total efficacy has significant difference(P0.05),that is creeping in epithelial scar formation period,the Pearl is better than Jiuhua cream ointment.Conclusion:The Big butter yarn can Qingrejiedu,relieve pain,r
