The Clinical Study of Fuxueping Granule in Treating Hemorrhagic Period of perimenopausal Anovulatory Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding With Blood Stasis and Caloric and Qi deficiency Syndrome Speciality: Gynecology of Traditional Chinese Medicine Author: Zhu Pengpeng Tutor: Prof. YeQing Abstract Objective: To observe the clinical effect and explore the hemostasis principle of Fuxueping Granule(FXPG)in treating perimenopausal anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding with blood stasis and caloric and qi deficiency syndrome.Methods: 60 patients were divided into two groups randomly, 30 cases of the treatment group using FXPG while 30 cases of the control group using Zhikang Capsule(ZKC).Symptoms and signs of each group were observed before and after treatment.Meanwhile the levels of the hemostasis effect，the improvements of clinical symptoms.Observing the changes of Platelet volume distribution amplitude(PDW) and Mean Platelet volume(MPV) the serum Ca2+level ， 6-Keto-PGF (6-K-PGF )and thromboxaneB (TXB )in the menstrual blood.Results: The 1a 1a 2 2 hemoistatic effect of treament group is 93.33%,and 63.33% in control group,there is significent difference between them(P0.05)；The improvements of clinical symptoms and symptom integra are difference between them （P0.05 ）. After the treatment of FXPG,the level of PDW and MPV, the indexes of serum Ca2+ , TXB in the menstrual blood were 2 significantly increased (P0.05).
