Methods: 90 patients were selected in accordance with the criteria for the diagnosis of cases choice, and divided randomly into three groups, which were named Experimental Group, Control Group I and Control group II. Experimental Group was 30 patients, which were given AnGang mixture retention enema treatment with anus perfusion apparatus. Control group I was 30 patients, which were given AnGang mixture retention enema treatment with ordinary perfusion apparatus. Control group II was 30 patients, which were given Fufang Huangbai Ye retention enema treatment with anus perfusion apparatus. Then to observe and assess the treatment results. Results: The clinical studies show, In the same conditions of patients and drugs, the clinical efficacy of Experimental Group was better than Control Group I (P ＜0.05).In the same conditions of patients and perfusion apparatus, the clinical efficacy of Experimental Group was no obvious difference with Control Group II (P ﹥0.05).
