Clinical Studies on Evil committed Feipi of HFMD Treated with Xuanfei Yunpi Qingwen Decoction Specialty:Respiratory and Urinary Disease,Pediatries Medicine of TCM Author :Xu Ping Ping Tutor :Gao Shuying Abstract Objective: To observe and evaluate the efficacy and clinical aspets in the treatment of hand,foot and mouth disease on the Xuanfei Yunpi Qingwen decoction to HFMD on Evils committed Feipi card,and explore its mechanism in ord to facilitate better use of the prevention and treatment of Chinese medicine ，and discuss the mechanism of action. Methods ：According to the rule of randomization, all subjects were divided into two groups, test group and controlled group. The unified lists about cases were filled to study the difference between the status before cases being cured and after cases. The test group was given Xuanfei Yunpi Qingwen decoction ,The controlled group was treated with conventional westen therapy improvement of symptoms daily during the treatment. The observing course was 8 days.After observation,mke statistics. Results: Two groups were observed before treatment, treatment day 4 and treatment of childrens day 8.The effect of test group was much better than of the controlled group. Compared with the controlled group, the indexes of test group of the symptoms,signs，and laboratory tests including fever,cough, anorexia . The study of clinical safety showed that XFYPQW decoction had not any harms and side effects on important organs. Conclusions: Xuanfei Yunpi Qingwen decoction is an effective medicine to HFMD.The investigation provides a new thought to hand foot and mouth disease with Traditional Chinese Medicine, it has important practical value,During the lest,there are no drug reactiona
