Methods: Choose 60 patients with peptic ulcer who met the inclusion criteria for clinical selection, and were randomly divided into 2 treatment groups (30 cases).Patients in Group1are given Omeprazole enteric-coated tablets, Jianwei- yuyang film and Shugan film. The group contrasted are (30 cases) given omeprazole enteric-coated tablets, Jianweiyuyang film and Shugan film. 4 weeks is as a course of clinical efficacy. Results: TCM treatment group effect, endoscopy and effi- cacy were better than the control group (P 0.05 or P0.01). Treatment can signify- cantly improve the epigastric pain, fullnessbelching, hiccups Tunsuan, poor appe- tite eat less and other symptoms, its efficacy is superior to the control group (P 0.05 or P 0.01). Neither has side effects. Conclusion： liver controlling conveyance and dispersion has a far-reaching influence, and it is an effective way to disperse stagnated liver qi for regulating stomach in the treatment of peptic ulcer to treat peptic ulcer.
