The Clinical Study on the Effect of Zishenyanggananjing Decoction Treating With Premenstrual Syndrome Speciality：Gynecology of TCM, The Study of Premenstrual Syndrome Tutor ：Professor Wu Xinhua Author ：Song Jialing Abstract Objective: To study the clinical curative effect of ZishenyanggananjingDecoction in treating Liver-kidney Yin deficiency pattern of PMS.To discusses the mechanism from how it regulating ovarian hormones level and monoamine neural transmitter activity. Methods ：50 cases of screened Liver-kidney Yin deficiency pattern of premenstrual syndrome patients were divided into 2 groups basing on a randomized, blindind, parallel control method. The treatment group 25 cases were treated with Zishenyanggan’anjing Decoction, and the control group 25 cases were treated wih Qijudihuang Pills. Observe the improvement of clinical symptoms and signs before and after two groups treated, through the TCM symptoms score standard. And collect blood samples in a menstrual cycle of follicular period，oviposit period, corpus luteum period before and after treatment. Measure the two groups’ serumen docrine hormone including estrogen(E2) , progesterone(P),prola- ctin(PRL)and monoami neneural transmitter，including norepinephrine (NE)and serotonin (5-HT). Results: The treatment group’s total effective rate was 92.0% and the control group’s was 64.0%. The difference between the groups was signifycant(P0.05); two groups of symptoms scale integration within the group compared before and after treatment were statistically significant (P 0.05),after treatment, the scale scores between the groups were significant (P0.05).After treatment, the treatment group’s E2 significantly increased in oviposit period and
