Gao Zhaowang Abstract Objective:Considering liver qi stagnation kidney deficiency and blood stasis is the key of varicocele cases associated with oligozoospermia or with asthenospermia, we use the method of dispersing stagnated liver qi tonifying kidney and promoting blood to treat this disease in this study.The effect is observed in clinic. Method: This research integrates the patient of varicocele cases associated with oligozoospermia or with asthenospermia 30 cases. sperm motility ，the rate of live sperm, sperm density were detected before and after treatment. Result:The treatment group has an effect of 86.66%,There is significant difference in the treatment of before and after (P0.01). Conclus: The method of dispersing stagnated liver qi tonifying kidney and promoting blood to treat varicocele cases associated with oligozoospermia or with asthenospermia , having remarkable efficacy in sperm motility ，the rate of live sperm, sperm density.
