Clinical Research on Treating Laryngeal Cough With Shu-Feng-Li-Yan Decoction Speciality:E.N.T.of TCM Author:Yu Wen Ping Tutor: Liang Jun Wei Abstract Objective: Observation of the pharynx prescription wind decoction in the treatment of the wind in harassment, and made the throat type throat source sex cough, before and after treatment for the improvement of symptoms and signs compare, affected the formulae of treatment related factors of statistical analysis, further explore Chinese medicine treatment in the wind and harassment, making the throat type throat source sex of the theoretical connotation and the disease cough medicine clinical treatments more effective method.Methods: in our hospital from April 2010 to March 2011 the treatment of 60 cases of qualified clinical data of patients with laryngeal cough, will be divided into two groups, treatment group 30 cases, 30 cases of the control group, the treatment group give breeze the Shu-Feng-Li-Yan decoction treatment ，the control group HaiNing may give existing treatments.Results: The treatment group and control group for dry throat, pharynx itchy symptoms are valid,the treatment group was better than that of control group,and the effective rate was 93.3% in treatment group and control group in effective rate was 73.3%, the curative effect of treatment group was better than control.The statistical analysis (P 0.01) are statistically significant difference between the two groups.Two groups of patients in the treatment of adverse event did not happen.Conclusion: Shu-Feng-Li-Yan decoction that can xuan-fei-shu-feng and li-qi-zhi-ke is the treatment of lung and wind made the throat source sex of cough an effective agent.
