Clinical research of external stripping plus internal ligaturing on the location of hemorrhoids for circular mixed hemorrhoids Speciality:Surgery of TCM Tutor:Professor jiang chunying Auther:Wang hongchao Abstract Objective:To investigate the effective observation of curing the circular mixed hemorrhoids with operation and to explain its principles. Methods: 80 cases divided into observing group and controlled group randomly. 40 cases in the observing group were treated with external stripping plus internal ligaturing on the location of hemorrhoids while 40 cases in the controlling group were treated with the traditional surgical operation procedures-external stripping plus internal ligaturing. Curative effect and the postoperative complications such as edema,ache,healing time and anal stenosis after treatment were observed. Results: Notable difference in the clinical curative effect were observed, the observing group were better than the controlling group. Notable difference in edema, ache, healing time and anal stenosis were got in the two groups. Conclusion: The new surgical operation procedure is a safe and effective method to treatmixed hemorrhoids with the advantages of clinical curative effect, little postoperative complications, and no effecting on anal functions.
