Thus we can use TCM and change diet structure to interfered the susceptible constitution,then to reduce the incidence of CPID. Methods ：Obey epidmiological research method ,design the same investitution table to obtain detailed information randomly from 120 healthy women about constitution and 120 cases of CPID about constitution. clinical symptoms and diet structure so on. Results ：1.Damp heat constitution and blood physique constitution are the main pathology constitution of patients with CPID,the physical constitution is the main constitution of healthy women .2.The petients of blood physique constitution with CPID manifeto mainly kidney empty blood stasis.3. There is an obvious different food.It indicates that cold drink,sour odor ,feigan diet are important incentive of CPID. Conclusions：1. Ecchymosis physique and CPIDs morbidity close related 2.
