Clinical Study of Jieyuhuoxue Anshen Method in Treatment of CHD with Depression Speciality: Internal medicine of TCM Author:Sun Yuanyuan Tutor:Professor Gao Hongchun Abstract Objective:1.To explore effective ways of TCM in treatment of CHD with Depression.2. Observe the effect of jieyuhuoxue anshen method in treatment of CHD with Depression . Methods: 1.60 patients suited for the research are randomly devided into two groups:30 patients in treatment group and 30 in control group. 2. All the patients received secondary prevention of coronary heart disease (anticoagulation, crown expansion, antiplatelet, lipid-lowering) therapy and general psychological intervention, treatment group received the added services of Chinese medicine Jieyu Anshen soup, twice a day, after the meal and breakfast, four weeks for a course. Observe reliviation of depression and Chinese symptoms.3. Use spss13.0 for statistical analysis. Results: 1. Depression: The patients in two groups were improved in depression, the control rate of treatment group is10%, total effective rate is 93.3%, there are significant differences between the two groups (P 0.01). 2.The Chinese symptoms: the control rate of treatment group is16.7%, effective rate is 93.3%.3. The comparison among the main Chinese symptoms: the patients in treatment group have significant improvements in: chest tightness, chest pain, suffocation, belching frequently do, insomnia, two threatened fullness, bloating, abdominal pain, anorexia and eating less than the control group; Comparision in group: chest tightness, suffocation, belching frequently do, depression, the two threatened fullness, insomnia symptoms are obvious than the others. 4.
