Clinical Research on Tiaoganyishen soup in Treatment of hypertension during women perimenopausal period Speciality:Internal Medicine of Traditional Chinese Medicine Author:Zhao: Qiong Tutor:Professor Gao Hongchun Abstract Objective: This study was aimed to explore a new effective treatment of hypertension during women perimenopausal period by evaluating curative effect on “tiaoganyishenlichongfa”. Mathodology: Sixty patients selected on the basis of admitted diagnostic criteria of hypertension were devided into two groups: control group( cc, n=30) was administrated with metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablets and Oryzanol Tablets, accordingly, treatment group(tt,n=30) with metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablets combined with “Tiaogengjiangya soup”, totally for 4 weeks. Results ： 1. Perimenopausal symptoms of the two groups were significantly ameliorated. The totall ratio of marked effective treatment was 93.33%.what’s more, P was less than 0.05. 2.antihypertensive effects: compared with control group, antihypertensive effects on treatment group was nonsignificant (P0.05).3. symptoms according to “Chinese medicine”: The therapeutic effect of metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablets combined with tiaogengjiangya soup was different from control group on the symptoms of perimenopausal hypertension after 4 weeks(P0.05), with an effective treatment ratio of 90.00%.
