Methods:60 patients were randomly divided into the treated group （30 cases ） and the controlled group （30 cases ）.The controlled group received FTS therapy, The treatment group, based on the application of FTS treatment Tongfuxiere method treated, compared with the control group,The peristaltic sound recovery timing （PSRT ）, the anorectum exhaust timing （AET ） and the anorectum defecate timing （ADT ） were determined in every 30 min.Compared with hospitalization time and the total hospitalization expenditures,the number of nutritional status were measured before operation and 2 days after operation. Results:1.The peristaltic sound recovery timing （PSRT ）, the anorectum exhaust timing （AET ） and the anorectum defecate timing （ADT ） of the controlled group was obviously earlier than that in control group. There was significant difference between two groups.2.Two days after operation, he number of nutritional status of the controlled group were improved significantly,as compared with those of control group （P0.05 ）.3.the hospitalization time of treatment group was shorter than that of control group. In the total hospitalization charges, the treatment group much less than that control group.There were significant differences between the two groups. （P0.05 ）.
