The Clinical Research on the Treatment of Phlegm-Heat Accumulation of Acute Hemorrhagic Apoplexy by Shexiang-Sihuang Decoction Speciality：The Study of Nervous System Disease of TCM Author ：Tang Wenjing Tutor：Pro.Zhang Lunzhong Abstract Objective ：The auther initially discusses the pathology and therapy for acute hemorrhagic apoplexy by Shexiang-sihuang Decoction to study from the clinical angle the therapic effect of hemorrhagic apoplexy and find the best project of acute hemorrhagic apoplexy,decrease mortality and improve life quality of patients.Methods ：A total of 60 patients with acute hemorrhagic apoplexy were divided randomly into two groups.The treatment group(30 cases)and the control group(30 cases).In the western based on conventional treatment,the treatment group were adopted traditional Chinese medicine Shexiang-Sihuang Decoction oral administration 5 days.The control group were adopted traditional Chinese medicine Niuhuang-Qingxin Pills oral administration 5 days.Two groups in treatment for 14 days after effect assessment.Results ：The treatment group was improved significantly compared to the control group in nervous function defect,daily viability,psychosis after acute hemorrhagic apoplexy,and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome(P0.05).The results show Shexiang-Sihuang Decoction improve the recovery of patients.Conclusion：The paper indicated that Shexiang-Sihuang Decoction TCM with modern medicine were better effective and safe in the treatment of acute hemorrhagic apoplexy.And indicated that this was a best treatment method of a
