The Clinical Research Of Hyperthyroidism In Heart And Liver Yin Deficiency Type Treated By Maiweiyuying mixture Specialty: TCM-Endocrinology Author: Shi Jilai Tutor: Zhao Quanlin Abstract Objective: To observe the use of Maiweiyuying mixture in treating of hyperthyroidism .Methods: 60 cases of hyperthyroidism patients were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group of 30 cases, 30 cases of the control group, the treatment group to Maiweiyuyin mixture decoction combined with his Palestinian methimazole (methimazole) treatment; the control group only be he met (methimazole) treatment, eight weeks for a course of treatment, observation of the symptoms, goiter and thyroid function changes, were statistically significance analysis.Results: the clinical observation study found, treatment group in improving the serum thyroxine was significantly better than the control group; liver injury, leukopenia and other adverse reactions than those of the control group; in addition to the improvement of clinical symptoms (palpitation, sweating, fatigue, his hands shaking etc.) and reduction in reducing drug in the process of repeated illness was significantly better than the control group (P 0.05).Conclusion: the clinical observation showed that Maiweiyuying mixture Decoction in the treatment of hyperthyroidism has good curative effect, less toxic side effect and can reduce repeated illness, worthy of further study.
