Explore new ideas and methods of Chinese medicine to treat with the CSA. Methods ：60 patients were chosen according to inclusive criteria and divided randomly into treatment group and control group. The treatment group were given tiaoqihuoxue decoction, while the control group took 1bag jingfukang particle two times a day. four-week is designated as a course of treatment. Then to evaluate the clinical effect and test the integral change of Assessment Scalefor Cervical Spondylosis 、Functional Cale of Cervical Spondylosis of Verteb Alartery type(FS-CSA) and The Evaluation Scale for Cervical Vertigo after two courses of treatment.
