抗日战争时期党的领导体制研究 摘 要 本文力图从宏大的历史视野来考察抗 日战争时期党的领导体制发展 演进的历程，揭示党的领导体制发展的内在理路和深层规律，进而反映出 抗战时期党的领导体制演进的历史内涵与时代意义。文章在对抗日战争爆 发前党的领导体制的发展历程进行深入探源的基础上，系统梳理了抗日战 争时期党的领导体制的演进历程，提出了抗战时期党的领导体制两次重大 调整的论断；深入分析了领导体制形成的现实原因和历史原因，即：政治 生态环境的变迁、中国共产党党建模式的成熟、中国革命既定的内在逻辑 和中国政治文化的影响；并且探讨了一元化领导体制的形成对建国后现代 化建设在制度方面的奠基作用。文章最后结合抗战时期领导体制发展的历 史经验，对当今领导体制的改革和完善提出建议。 关键词：抗日战争时期 ; 中国共产党; 领导体制 ; 研究 A study of the System of CPC’s Leadership during the Anti-Japanese War Abstract This essay aims at revealing the inner train of thoughts and deep law of the system of the leadership by observing the evolutionary processes during the anti-Japanese war from the historical angle. It reflects the historical connotation and contemporary significance of the system of the leadership. On the basis of study on the evolution of the system of CPC’s leadership before the anti-Japanese war, the article systematically recites the development of the system of the leadership during the war, and it draws an inference of the two great modifications about the system of CPC’s leadership. In addition, it deeply analyses the historical and current causes for the forming of the system of the leadership, that is, the changes of Chinese political environment, the maturation of the mode of CPC’ self-construction, the inherent logical law of Chinese revolution as well as the influence of Chinese politics and culture. Furthermore, the essay discusses that the form of the centralized system of leadership fundamentally acts on the regulation in the modernized constructions after the foundation of PRC. And in the end, the essay sums up some historical experience from the development of the system of the leader
