VEGF在胃癌患者血清及肿瘤组织中的表达及其意义 ［摘要］? 目的?? 研究血管内皮细胞生长因子（VEGF）在胃癌患者血清及肿瘤组织中的表达情况，探讨其临床意义。方法? 应用ELISA法对60例非肿瘤疾病手术患者和60例胃癌患者术前、术后血清VEGF水平进行定量测定，并应用免疫组化法测定肿瘤组织的VEGF。结果? 胃癌患者术前血清VEGF高于对照组（P＞0.05）。两组术后较术前升高，肿瘤组术后较术前升高（P＜0.05）。肿瘤组术前血清VEGF水平、肿瘤组织中的VEGF与浆膜受累、淋巴结转移及临床病理分期有关。肿瘤组术后随访30～36个月中出现复发转移和死亡的患者，术前VEGF表达较其他患者升高（P＜0.05）。结论? 血清VEGF水平及肿瘤组织中的VEGF与胃癌的浸润、转移有关，检测血清VEGF及肿瘤组织中的VEGF对胃癌浸润、转移程度和预后的判断有重要意义。 ［关键词］? 胃肿瘤；微转移；血管内皮生长因子??????? To evaluate the clinical significance of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) expression in serum and tumor tissue in gastric cancer patients.Methods? The pre-operational and post-operational levels of serum VEGF were measured by ELISA kit in 60 cases of gastric cancer and 60 cases of non-carcinoma as the control group，the expression of tumor tissue VEGF was measured by immunohistochemical assay.Results? The pre-operational level of serum VEGF in gastric cancer was higher than that in the control group(P＞0.05). The post-operational level of serum VEGF was increased in both groups，especially in the tumor group(P＜0.05).The expression of VEGF in serum and tumor tissue was positively correlated with tumor invasion depth，lymph-node metastasis and clinical pathological stage.A follow up of 30～36 months reveals the pre-operational level of serum VEGF of tumor recurrence and death in patients was higher than the others in the tumor group(P＜0.05). Conclusion? The expression of serum VEGF and tumor tissue VEGF is closely correlated with invasion and metastasis of gastric cancer.Serum VEGF and tumor tissue VEGF assay may be used to pre-operatively predict invasion and metastasis and used to evaluate prognosis. ［Key words］? stomach neoplasm;micrometastasis;vascular endothelial growth factor??? ??? 肿瘤的增殖和转移是血管新生依赖
