The Study of Kunshen Granule in Treating Progressive Gastric Carcinoma in Clinic and Experimental Studies on Inhibition Effect on Bearing Sarcoma Mouse Speciality: Gastroenterology Internal Medicine of Traditional Chinese Medicine Author: Jia Yongjie Tutor: Prof. Cao Zhiqun Abstract Objective ：To study the effect and principle of Kunshen Granule in treating progressive gastric carcinoma .Our study was to obtain some valuabale experimental data for searching for high efficiency and low toxicity antitumor drugs and evaluated Survival quality for tumor ．Methods: 1.Clinical study: 60 patients who accorded with the diagnosis standard were separated to Kunshen Granule group and Shenlian Capsule group at random. We observed the clinical therapy result and compared the death rate of two groups.2. We set a model of sarcoma mouse(S180 and EAC). The rats were separated into five groups at random, blank control group, negative control group, positive control group, Kunshen large dose group and small dose group . Observed the effect of Kunshen Granule on mice bearing sarcoma 180 and EAC in different dose to evaluate tumor control rate ，and finally get a significance analysis.Results: The clinical research proved that the effective rate and therapy integral of Kunshen Granule group were obviously higher than those of Shenlian Capsule group (P0.05). The experimental research proved that Kunshen Granule has evidenced inhibitory effects on bearing sarcoma mouse . Conclusion: Kunshen Granule has inhibitory efects on sarcoma 180 and EAC bearing mouse and treat the gastric carcinoma effectively and this function has a trend to increase with the increased concentration ，suggesting that it may be a potential anticancer agent for gastric carcino
