Essencetial study of Spleen Qi distrubiting essence and attributing into Lung in treating and preventing of Pulmonary Diseases Speciality：Medical Department of TCM Author: Wang Enzhong Tutor: Prof. Zhang Wei Abstract Objective:Through establishing rats model of pulmonary diseases, we observed the general situation, histopathological changes and relevant indicator changes ,studied essence of spleen qi distrubiting essence and attributing into lung in treating of pulmonary diseases,and provided new ideas and experimental evidence for guiding clinical practice ,expanding application scope and modern development. Methods:This experiment chose healthy Wistar rats,which were randomly divided into four groups: normal control group, lung qi deficiency group, lung and spleen qi deficiency group, lung qi deficiency and Sijunzitang group,each 12. Then we observed general situation, pathological changes in lung tissue and dected changes of IL-6, IL-8, ET + + in serum with radioimmunoassay, expressing of CD4 、CD8 T lymphocytes in lung tissues with immunohistochemistry. Results: The results showed that inflammatory response in lung and spleen qi deficiency group were more obvious than lung qi deficiency group; together with concent of CD4+T lymphocytes increasing , concent of CD8+ T lymphocytes decreasing ,and IL-6, IL-8, ET levels in peripheral vessels significantly increasing. Results in lung qi deficiency group after after treatment of Liujunzi Tang significantly improved.As a result, it further confirmed it had a close relationship of spleen and lung in prognosis and prevention of pulmonary diseases, and to some
