成都中医药大学2010 级硕士 中文摘要 痛风(gout)是由嘌呤代谢紊乱致尿酸生成增多或尿酸排泄减少所引起的一 组代谢性疾病，临床分期为：无症状的高尿酸血症期,急性复发性痛风,痛风发 作间期和慢性痛风石性痛风。近年来随着经济的发展，人民生活水平的提高及 饮食结构的改变，痛风的发病率有逐年增多且逐渐年轻化的趋势，严重影响患 者的生活质量及身心健康。西医对痛风的病因病机及诊断已有确切的认识，临 床上取得一定的疗效，但存在一定的副作用,且不容易得到根治，而中医药治疗 痛风有着自己的理论体系，疗效明显。本文试从痛风的历史源流、西医治疗现 状、中医药病因病机、分型、治疗及现代研究进展情况及生活调摄方面加以系 统论述，以期对于临床诊断、治疗及科学研究有所帮助。 关键词：痛风、痹症、历节病、中医药治疗。 成都中医药大学2010 级硕士 ABSTRACT Gout is a purine metabolic disorder caused by increased formation of uric acid and uric acid excretion decreased caused by a group of metabolic diseases.The clinical stage includes: asymptomatic hyperuricemia, acute recurrent gout, gouty interictal and chronic tophaceous gout. With the development of economy in recent years, the improvement of peoples living standard and the changes of diet structure, the incidence of gout has gradually increased year by year and younger trended, Which is also affect patients quality of life and physical and mental health seriously. Western medicine has exact understanding on the pathogenes and diagnosis of gout and certain curative effects in clinic, but there are some side effects, also is not easy to cure.Traditional Chinese medicine treatment of gout has its own theoretical system, and the curative effect is obvious. This paper tries to discuss the historical origin, current situation of western medicine, TCM etiology and pathogenesis、classification, treatment and modern study progress and life and cultivate aspects to systematically in order to help clinical diagnosis, treatment and scientific research.
