WANG Xin-lu Abstract Objective: To discuss the therapeutic effects to treat the Primary asymptomatic hyperuricemia patients with deficiency of the Spleen-kidney and Retention of phlegm-dampness after taking HUA-ZHUO-XING-XUE TANG, so as to provide mechanism. Methods: equally randomized 60 Primary asymptomatic hyperuricemia patients with Deficiency of the Spleen-kidney and Retention of phlegm-dampness into 2 groups, they are: treatment group and control group. The patients in treatment group were taked HUA-ZHUO-XING-XUE TANG, the patients in control group were taked Benzene bromine Ma Long capsules. After parting clinical research and contrastive therapeutic effects on clinical symptom; blood-Uric Acid level. Results: The total availability of treatment group was 96.7% and the control group was 83.3%. They had remarkable difference in total clinical effects(P0.05).Conclusions: HUA-ZHUO-XING-XUE TANG is effective for the Primary asymptomatic hyperuricemia patients with Deficiency of the Spleen-kidney and Retention of phlegm-dampness.
