Clinical research on the effect of Fu Bao Decoction treating female hyposexuality Speciality:Gynecology of TCM Author:Cui Meng Tutor:Prof.Sang Haili Abstract Objective：To explore the clinical effect and the mechanism of Fu Bao Decoction treating the female hyposexuality. Methods ：65 patients were divided into the therapy group(35 patients) and the control group(30 patients).The therapy group were treatde by Bu Shen Shu Gan Decoction .The control group were treated by ritalin.The two groups were in combination with auxiliary psychotherapy(twice a week).To observe the changes of the symptoms, signs , and sex hormone.Results ：The total effective rate of the therapy group were 95%.The total effective rate of the control group were 86.25%. There was significant difference between the therapy group and the control group.(P0.01)The date of the therapy group was higher than that of the control group. Fu Bao Decoction significantly increased the level of serum E2 ,P andT. FSH and LH were increased slightly.And PRL was changed little. Conclusion ：The E2,P and T of sexual desire hypesthesia patients were at lower level. Fu Bao Decoction could adjust the metabolism of E2,P,T,FSH and LH of patients with kidney-asthenia and liver depression type sexual desire hypesthesia.
