The Clinical Observation and Experimental Study for Treatment Eczema of Children with XiaoErHuaShi Decoction Specialty：Dermatology,Surgery of TCM Author ：Song Xiaoli Tutor：Professor Zhang Xiaojie Abstract Objective: To investigate the years of experience to tutor XiaoErHuaShi decoction treatment of eczema clinical effect of treatment of children with eczema XiaoErHuaShi decoction possible mechanism. Methods: 61 cases of eczema patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, the treatment group XiaoErHuaShi decoction group and the control group for particle loratadine group, treatment four weeks. Observation of the two groups before and after treatment with itching of erythema, papules, exudative, drying integral changes and adverse reaction conditions. Part of the establishment of experimental allergic type IV model mice were randomized, saline irrigation feeding, XiaoErHuaShi decoction, Loratadine for particles were observed therapeutic effect.Result: Cure rate of 55.56% in treatment group, and the total efficiency of 91.67%, compared with the WM group there was no significant difference (P0.05).Experiments showed that XiaoErHuaShi decoction could significantly inhibit allergic type IV. Conclusion: The treatment of children with eczema Huashi- effective, low recurrence rate, the ideal side effects of small drug, and its role may be related to anti-Type IV allergy, immune regulation, improve digestion, anti-inflammatory and other relevant.
