Providing sciencial evidence for further diagnosis, early effective prevention and treatment of Bloody Dirtiness syndrome. Methods: Through the methods of clinical epidemiology study ，many aspects of Bloody Dirtiness syndrom were deeply investigated ， such as the influential factors ，main symptoms ，the experi- mental diagnosis standard and developing rule by some means as follows: review of litera- ture, consultation with experts ， formulation of questionnaire,excavation of numerical data and analysis of medical principle. Making questionnaire dually perfect through small sample survey，reliability and validity evaluation. Results: The investigative questionnaire about epidemiology study of Bloody Dirtiness syndrome before going hospital for patients suffering from acute cerebral infarction was formulated. And by large sample survey,the questionnaire was found to have good reliability and validity efficiency.
