The new curriculum reform puts forward the new objective requirements for the quality of the mathematics teachers. At present, the quality of the mathematics teachers is uneven and the overall level is low, which becomes the important factor that restricting the development of the mathematic quality education. It has become a pressing matter to analysis the internal reason, find out the methods, and strengthen the construction of teachers‘ team to improve the overall quality of the mathematics teachers. Mathematics teachers in quality education in the teaching mode, the evaluation of students, or understanding of textbook and have a lot of problems. The majority of the mathematics education is quality education efforts to explore, practice. As a teacher, we should spare no effort to promote quality education, in quality education there should be a positive and healthy idea logical quality, should have a high cultural quality, we should change the teaching mode to improve the style of teaching, but also should strengthen to foster collaboration and research consciousness quality.
