芝麻香型白酒“特征组分”气相色谱分析方法探讨 孙洁 孙丽臻 李好转 （山东景芝酒业股份有限公司，山东 景芝 262119） 摘要：芝麻香型特征组分“3-甲硫基丙醇”在国家标准中有明确的质量要求，因其含量低微（≥0.5PPm），准确定量难度大。针对这一难题，专门对“3-甲硫基丙醇”建立一套新的检测方法，所测出的“3-甲硫基丙醇”的相对标准偏差为1.13%，平均回收率为95.16%，最低检出限为0.1mg/L。实践表明，该方法简便、快速、准确度高，适用于芝麻香型白酒特征组分“3-甲硫基丙醇”的测定。 关键词：分析方法；气相色谱；芝麻香型白酒；特征组分“3-甲硫基丙醇”。 Research on Gas Phase Chromatography Analytical Method of “Characteristic Compositions” in Sesame Flavor Liquor SUN Jie，SUN Li-zhen， LI Hao-zhuan (Shandong Jingzhi Liquor Co.,Ltd. Shandong Jingzhi 262119) Abstract: There have explicit quality requirement in national standard about the characteristic compositions of 3—Methylthiopropanol in Sesame flavor liquor. It face with great trouble during testing it caused by limited contents(≥0.5PPm). Aiming at the problem, we create a set of new test method on it, the relative standard deviation of test result is 1.13% only, the average coefficient of recovery is 95.16% and the minimum test limitation is 0.1 mg/L. The practice has shown that the-said analytical method is simple and convenient, rapid and high accuracy. It is applicable to the test and evaluation on 3—Methylthiopropanol in Sesame flavor liquor.
