This explanation is based on ERP LN 5.0c We have a sales components which support sales order entry and processing, definition of sales contract, pricing etc. We have very good support all the different types of service, like call centers, field service, depot repair. ERP LN supports corrective as well as preventive maintenance. And we support service contract and the system support entitlement. Integrations are available with our E-Service solution supporting web based services and E-service remote so all in all a sophisticated service offering. Enterprise planning is the hart of the system. It supports MPS, MRP, DRP, CRP and so on.
