医疗行业借助资本市场发展研究 中文提要 随着医疗卫生体制改革的深化 面对逐渐开放的医疗市场 医院在符合区 域卫生规划前提下的扩张经营将是大势所趋 而内部资金已经无法满足医院的 融资需要 直接进入资本市场融资已经成为国际上各个医疗机构筹资的发展趋 势 债权融资和股权融资分别促进了医疗机构在发展中的资本运作 由于债权 融资和股权融资自身的特点和医疗机构的性质 他们在医疗机构的筹资中又分 别有着各自不同的发展前途 本文首先介绍了我国资本市场的发展现状以及我国的医疗行业的发展和现 状 并在此基础上分析了传统医院的主要筹资渠道以及资本进入医疗行业的几 种模式 尤其针对我国医疗机构分类管理条件下的不同性质的医院提出了不同 的融资方式 由于我国的医疗服务业还是个政策壁垒很强的行业 入世后我们 对医疗行业的开放步伐在加速 借鉴以美国为代表的国际医疗行业借助资本市 场快速发展的经验 结合我国当前具有代表性的医疗机构借助资本市场发展的 案例 笔者提出当前医院筹资的主渠道已经是市场而不是政府 医疗服务行业 与资本市场的紧密结合 既能实现资本赢利的目的 又能达到壮大医疗行业的 目的 最终实现双赢 所以我国医疗行业快速发展的最终选择必定是要充分利用资本市场的优 势 以上市和兼并收购等方式来迅速提高自己的核心竞争力 1 医疗行业借助资本市场发展研究 Abstract Facing gradually open medical market, the hospital will definitely overspread run under the regional health planning with the deepening of medical and health system reform. While its internal fund will not meet the demands of capital financing. Directly financ ing in the capital market will be the tendency of international hospital industry. Liability financing and equity financ ing have improved the performance of hospital financing, while they will expand differently due to their different traits and the different characters of the hospitals they are serving. This paper discusses the main fund-raising channels for traditional hospitals and the modes for capital entering medical treatment industry, and especially brings forward different financing manners for hospitals with different characters after introducing the development and current situations of Chinese capital market and Chinese medical treatment industry.
