Liu Qibo Chang an University, Xian, China 摘要 国内村镇住区规划建设存在多方面的问题，规划师、建筑师很少将生物气候 条件的影响因素融入到村镇住区规划之中，关中地区也不例外。因此亟需从生物 气候角度来完善关中地区村镇住区的规划理论研究，并以此来指导实践活动，本 论文的命题由此产生。 本文首先通过分析国内外理论研究及实践活动，总结现阶段应对生物气候条 件的理论与方法，为本文的模式化研究提供理论依据。其次，在结合生物气候条 件的基础上，分析关中地区村镇住区和民居建筑的演变过程和特点，归纳总结关 中地区传统聚落和建筑应对生物气候条件的可取之处和不足，作为村镇住区规划 模式化研究的参考依据之一。在理论研究的基础上，对关中地区典型村镇住区进 行实地调研，分析村镇住区不符合生物气候条件的规划设计问题。最后,以前述 理论依据和调研中存在的问题为基础，从村镇规模选址、规划布局、住宅选型、 环境景观、基础设施规划五个方面，对关中地区村镇住区规划进行模式化研究。 本研究以关中地区村镇住区为研究对象，探讨生物气候条件对于村镇住区规 划的影响，以期逐步完善村镇住区规划的理论研究。探讨村镇住区的规划模式， 对村镇住区规划提供可供参考的设计方法与策略，更好的促进关中地区社会—自 然—经济的和谐发展,和新农村建设水平的进一步提高。 关键词：生物气候条件；规划模式研究；关中地区；村镇住区； I Abstract There are a lot of problems about domestic towns and villages settlements planning and constructing. Planners and architects seldom put the factors affected by bio-climate conditions into the planning. The Guanzhong area is no exception. Therefore it needs to improve theories of towns and villages settlements planning in Guanzhong area from the perspective of bio-climate conditions to guide the practice. The proposition of this paper is put forward. Firstly ，analyzing domestic and foreign theoretical research and practice activities to summarize current theories and methods of dealing with bio-climate conditions.
