In recent years, with the United States, Europe and the other developed areas, Chinas logistics industry develops rapidly, the total social logistics steady growing. The Yangtze River Delta is the most comprehensive strength of china. There are more than 60 logistics parks which had been built and are planning in the Yangtze River Delta. The 10 logistics businesses and the 50 largest shipping companies of global have established in Shanghai. Yangtze River delta is the fertile ground for the third party logistics industry development, which is known as sunny industry. In recent years, the Yangtze River Delta integration continue to be strengthened, promote the logistics integration of the Yangtze River Delta six times, Yangtze River Delta integration strategy rose to the height of the national strategy. As an important logistics nodes around Hangzhou Bay, that Jiaxing develop the third-party logistics is imperative. In this paper, analyze the third party logistics,s development of Jiaxing under the perspective of Yangtze River Delta.
