中国软科学 20 10年第 4 期 技术联盟网络知识转移影响因素的案例研究 曹 　兴 ,宋 　娟 ,张 　伟 ,任胜刚 (中南大学 　商学院 ,湖南 长沙 4 10083) 摘 　要 :本文采用案例分析对技术联盟网络知识转移影响因素进行了研究 ,从网络特征因素具体分析了网络异 质性 、网络稳定性 、网络联接强度 、网络规模 、网络中心性对技术联盟知识转移的影响 。在此基础上 , 比较分析了 股权式技术联盟和契约式技术联盟的差异 。研究结果表明:技术联盟网络异质性不利于知识转移 ; 网络稳定性 、 联接强度 、网络规模有利于知识在网络间的转移 ; 网络中心性对知识转移有好的影响也有不利影响 ,但总体来 说 ,有利影响大于不利影响 。相对于契约式联盟 ,股权式联盟网络异质性更低 ,稳定性 、联接强度 、中心性 、平均 企业规模更强 ,但网络企业总数往往低于契约式技术联盟网络 。 关键词 :知识转移 ;技术联盟 ;股权式联盟 ;契约式联盟 ; 网络 中图分类号 : C93 1　　文献标识码 : A 　　文章编号 : 1002 - 9753 (20 10) 04 - 0062 - 12 A Ca se Ana ly sis on Factor s Im p in g in g Kn ow ledge Tran sfer between Equ ity A llian ce and C on tractua l A llian ce Ba sed on Network CAO X ing, SON G Juan , ZHAN G W ei, R EN Sheng - gang (B us iness S chool of Cen tra l S ou th Un ivers ity, Changsha 4 10083, Ch ina) A b stract: Th is p ap er analyzed the imp acts of network heterogeneity, network stab ility, network link strength, network size, network centrality on know ledge tran sfer w ith in techno logy alliance by case study.
