That the lab force becomes market-oriented adjustment makes surplus rural change ceaseless rise of speed to city and town. Opp to here, tradition management system has not been getting basic reformation yet , lower a lot of city and countryside isolation pattern system is still hindering liberty of the rural labor from being on the move , the peasants legitimate rights and interests cannot get sufficient effective field protection.
