摘要 配送是物流活动中直接与消费者相连的环节。配送成本占物流的各项成本的比例相当高。配送线路合理与否影响到配送速度、成本和效益，特别是多用户配送线路的确定是一项复杂的系统工程。因此，物流车辆路线问题(VRP)成为国内研究的热点。 运筹学，用定量化方法了解和解释运行系统、为管理决策提供科学依据的学科。它把有关的运行系统首先归结成数学模型，然后用数学方法进行定量分析和比较，求得合理运用人力、物力和财力的系统运行最优方案。运筹学有广阔的应用领域，是软科学中“硬度”较大的一门学科，兼有逻辑的数学和数学的逻辑的性质，是系统工程学和现代管理科学中的一种基础理论和不可缺少的方法、手段和工具。 在运筹学中有解决物流配送问题的有效方法。本文主要介绍了节约法、遗传算法并用这些方法解决实际物流配送问题。 关键字：物流配送，节约法，遗传算法 Abstract Distribution logistics activities directly connected with the consumer segment.
