毕 业 设 计 中文题目训练中心 土建预算、安装预算、可行性研究 英文题目 Mechanical Engineering Training Center Construction budget, Installation Budget?, the Fesibility Study  训练中心土建预算、安装预算、招投标 【摘要】 本工程为多层建筑，根据毕业设计任务书的要求，分为建筑与结构两部分进行计算。 建筑部分，主要依据建筑的使用功能和厦门当地的建筑经验，结构部分，根据结构概念设计，分别从结构的体系、平面布置和竖向布置入手，并根据已形成的建筑图及其相关要求，查阅相关规范和一定量的实际工程施工图，对建筑进行框架结构方案布置，荷载计算，利用PKPM软件形成计算模型并进行结构计算分析，然后按施工图的标准，用AUTOCAD 2006分别绘制梁、板、柱、楼梯的配筋图。根据地质条件及上部结构计算结果，进行基础设计。 造价在项目管理过程中是最为重要的步骤之一。它设立了项目发展不同阶段项目成本的底线，在项目发展的不同阶段所做出的成本估算表现了造价工程师或预算员以可利用资料为基础所作的预测。依照美国成本工程师协会的规定造价工程定义为：在运用科学原理和技术解决成本估算、成本控制和收益方面的问题时，需要利用工程判断和经验的工程实践领域。 【关键词】： 建筑，结构，规范，施工图，成本控制，收益 Mechanical Engineering Training Center Construction budget, Installation Budget?, bidding 【Abstract】 This building is for the civil building. According to the requests from the graduated design, I divide it into two parts: architecture and structure. In the part of architecture, I consulted a lot of reference books at the beginning of design. In the part of structure, according the requests of the finished architecture picture and some relative needs, I learned the criterions from perused some drawings. I design the building by using the blue print of frame structure, form the calculational model by using the software of PKPM，then I protracted the beams, boards ,columns and stairs apart by using AUTOCAD 2006. Account the ending according the condition of the geology, choose the footing foundation for the basic support for this building. Cost estimating is one of the most important steps in project management. A cost estimate establishes the base line of the project cost al different stages of development of the project. A cost estimate at a given stage of project development represents a prediction provided by the cost engineer or estimator on the basis of available data.
