企业财务风险的分析与控制
摘 要
现代经济生活中，财务风险客观存在于企业生产经营活动的全过程中，是企业在日常生产经营活动中必须面对的一个现实问题。随着我国社会主义市场经济的不断发展和市场竞争环境的日益激烈，为了能使企业健康持续地发展并在竞争中立于不败之地，与企业财务风险相关的问题受到了企业管理者及其相关人员的高度重视，如何尽可能地避免和解决财务风险问题成为人们关注的焦点。本文通过对企业财务风险相关理论的概述，从而找出财务风险产生的具体原因，并试图探索出解决各类财务风险的有效方法，之后，再通过案例对企业财务风险的产生进行分析。虽然在未来的经济活动中，我们不可能做到完全避免企业所面临的财务风险，但至少我们可以采取有效的措施，从而最大程度地降低财务风险给企业所带来的损失。

Abstract
Now in the economic life, the financial risk objectively exists in the whole process of enterprise production and operation activities, is the enterprise in daily production and business operation activities must face a real problem. With the continuous development of our country socialist market economy and the increasingly fierce market competition environment, in order to make the enterprise healthy and sustainable development in competition, and enterprise financial risk related issues by enterprise managers and related personnel attaches great importance to, and how to avoid and solve the problem of financial risk has become the focus of people. In this paper, through the overview of related theories of enterprise financial risk, so as to find out the specific cause of financial risk, and tries to explore the effective way to solve all kinds of financial risk, even though the economic activity in the future, we cant be totally eliminate the financial risk of the enterprises are facing, but at least we can take effective measures, so as to maximize reduce financial risks brought about by the loss to the enterprise.
