我国企业并购融资方式及其存在问题的探究 院 系：经济管理学院 专 业 班：金融1001 姓 名：孟晓晓 学 号：20101310009 指导教师：霍芬 2014年04月  我国企业并购融资方式及其存在问题的探究 Research on our countrys M A financing mode and the excisting problems 摘 要 随着经济的发展，中国企业随之扩张，并购的需求量也逐渐变大、并购能力也逐渐加强，外加政府对企业并购的政策鼓励和愈演愈烈的海外并购造就了中国庞大的并购市场。而融资能不能成功是企业并购能否成功的主要因素。而我国当前的企业并购环境与西方相比存在诸多的问题，融资工作也存在着大量缺陷，融资方式过于单一，完全不能满足企业并购谋求发展的需求，也不能适应国家经济结构调整和产业布局优化的目的。所以应对并购和融资问题的对策，已变成我国经济发展的迫切研究方向。 关键词：中国企业 并购融资 融资方式 Abstract With the development of economy, China enterprise along with the expansion,mergers and acquisitions, M a large demand for capacity strengthening, and the government to the enterprise merger and acquisition policies to encourage and growing overseas mergers and acquisitions created Chinese large M a market. But financing can be successful is the main factor in the success of M a can. But Chinas current enterprise M A environment compared with the West has many problems, there are also lots of defects of financing, financing way is too unitary, unable to meet the demand for development of the enterprise M A,also can not adapt to the adjustment of national economic structure and industrial layout optimization purposes. So the Countermeasures of mergers and acquisitions and financing problem has become urgent to study the direction of Chinas economic development.
