我国中小企业融资问题 2010届 徐州工程学院成人教育学院 专 业 国际经济与贸易 学 号 100320590 学生姓名 付伯兰 指导教师 李勇 完成日期 2014年 4 月 7 日 摘要 国内外的研究成果表明，中小企业的资金增长，是支撑中小企业发展的重要解释变量，中小企业在扩大就业、启动民间投资、优化经济结构、推动技术创新和企业制度创新等方面发挥着日益重要的作用，已经成为拉动GDP增长的主要动力。但是，由于中国经济体制正处于转轨过程中，金融体制的改革相对比较滞后，融资问题是制约中小企业发展的重要问题。在全球金融制度安排的环境下，如何及时制定和调整我国的金融战略和政策，建设国际金融制度安排环境下的中小企业金融政策融资体系，是本文直接服务的实践性目标。 本文对中小企业融资问题的研究成果进行了系统综述，在对中小企业融资现状分析的基础上，提出了构建和完善中小企业金融支持体系的可操作性措施。解决中小企业的融资难问题，单靠一种途径、一种方式收效甚微，必需通过多种渠道，采取多种方式加以解决，应分别从中小企业自身、金融支持中介、政府支持和信用担保体系四个方面建立和完善扶持我国中小企业的融资体系。总之，我国中小企业必须充分认识所处的融资环境，不断提高企业的资信水平和管理质量，才能制定出利于企业长远发展的融资决策。 关键词中小企业 融资渠道 融资方式 直接融资 间接融资 Abstract Small and medium-sized enterprise is most advanced productivity and organic integration of most vigorous operating mechanism. Small and medium-sized enterprise age playing an important role in the employment of expanding, start investing, optimize the economic structure non-govemmentally, promote technological innovation, it becomes the main power which draws the GDP grows. Though, as the Chinese economic system is being in the switcher process, monetary system reform lag in comparison, small and medium-sized enterprise’s has a great difficulty in financing．Under the whole world financial system arrangement environment, how to formulates and adjusts our country’ financial strategy and the policy promptly and constructing the small and medium-sized enterprise finance policy support system under the international finance system arrangement environment is the topic direct service practical goal.
